Purchased battery with work gloves. One battery did not charge after a few months. Overall like gloves but don’t want to keep replacing batteries

We had to buy new batteries because after 1 yr my batteries would not work. My husband's after 3 yrs. This was after charging in July as instructed. The gloves are amazing.. when batteries work
