Carefully crafted to satisfy your dog's cravings, this dog food kibble is made with 65% animal ingredients (approximate and derived from the unprocessed state of the ingredients)and 35% whole fruit, vegetables and nutrients (ACANA also adds vitamins, minerals, natural preservatives, flavors and probiotics). Every serving helps support healthy skin and a shiny coat with naturally occurring omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. We also recommend feeding your pet twice daily and always keeping fresh, clean water available.
When switching diets, it's important to transition your dog or puppy as it takes time for their digestive system to adapt to the richer nutrient levels in ACANA. Over a 5-7 day period, gradually mix in ACANA, increasing the amount each day so that by day 7 you are feeding 100% ACANA.
