    Deplorable Customer Service for Web Orders

    This is the second time this has happened; Had an issue with our order. Unable to resolve via website. Called customer service. Was on hold for (literally)17 minutes without speaking to a human. The only option is to wait for customer service to respond at their sole convenience. Pathetic. Take the phone number off the website and replace it with a link that reads, "Please leave us a message and we will call you back when its convenient for us." At least this would manage client expectations.
