- A: Hi, It is recommended to not use this liquid on stainless steel. Discoloration may be permanent and may be difficult to restore the uniform luster of stainless steel once it is damaged by acid.a year agoHelpful?
Q: I have very hard water but my toilet seems to rust, I guess. Could not get totally clean even with a pumice stone. I have bought many products to try. Can I return this if it doesn’t work?

Finally clean

This product is a lifesaver. I have very hard water and the ring in the toilet bowls resisted treatment with everything I tried even a pumice stone. I turned the water off to each toilet bowl and squirted the product under the rim and coated the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then scrubbed with the regular toilet brush. Miraculously all super clean. I’m so happy !

This product had no effect on mineral deposits in the bowl. I had far better results with a product named, 'Instant Power Toilet Bowl Restorer', which still wasn't perfect.

This is fabulous. Rid the old water stains and urine stains in an old toilet at work. Very ugly, but now looks brand new! I also used a pumice stone with this product.

This cleaner works better than any I've ever tried. I have hard water and usually have to use a pumice stone for build up. With Zep, I don't even have to scrub.
