Good Help Must Be Hard To Find

I cannot rate the quality of this YETI as I never received it. I Instead was left with 2 pairs of women's blue jeans and presumably the woman that ordered these jeans has my YETI mugs. Way to go Norristown PA TSC. You had 2 orders to deliver and your driver messed up both of them. I had to call the 800 number to get refunded, which happened promptly, but the coupon I used was never placed back on my account. No attempt was made to go back and collect the incorrect shipments and redeliver correctly. Instead TSC chose to lose revenue on both orders. They neverf asked me for the jeans back (not that I have any need for them), and presumably the same for the mugs. Don't understand how you operate like that.

I love these mugs with the handle and the screw on lid!! I never spill driving anymore!! If the lid gets tight I use a silicone pad to get it off!! Works perfectly! I have 5 of these in different colors I Love ❤️ them!!

Older style is better

I have 2 of these. One I purchased a few years ago before the switch to the screw top lid and the new version with screw top lid. The screw top lid is NOT an improvement. I use this for cold drinks with a straw and the straw style lid does not fit securely on the newer versions with screw top style. I hope YETI reverts back to the non-screw top style.

I hate the lid. It is awful. Love the mug. Can anyone tell me if you can swap out this awful lid for the standard Yeti lid?
