Needs a Lid Latch

It is a nice bag if you don’t expect it to stay closed. The engineer failed on this one. Needs a back up latch! Did a recall and fix it.

Terrible Product

This one was a miss. I have to wonder if there was even product testing done. I would be better off with the plastic bag it came in. You would be lucky to get an hour of cool. Not cold.

It’s a lemon!!

I used it once and it wouldn’t stay closed. I gave it a second chance and it was a giant fail. Originally I reported that the magnet was weak. It actually slipped down the inside of the bag. It’s not useable to keep anything cold. I believe this insulated tote bag is a really bad design. I will return it.
