Material stains

I purchased the YETI Hopper Flip 12 about a year ago and have been happy with its performance. It keeps my lunch and drinks very cold and feels solid and well built. However, after one small lunch spill, I’ve been unable to remove the stain despite scrubbing and airing it out for days. It also developed an unpleasant odor. For the price, I expected it to be more stain-resistant or easier to clean. I really like the cooler overall and would appreciate guidance on how to properly restore the material.

Perfect FA lunch bag.

Absolutely love this bag. I’m a flight attendant, and took it on an international trip. Not only did it keep all my food cold for 12+ hours, my ice packs was still frozen.
