Already tearing at the crotch area and have a hole

Not happy! I bought these jeans in Nov and have a hole in the crotch area and I haven’t wore them 3-4 times since I bought them and was bragging about them and bought another pair couple wks ago. To much money for that to happen. I have pics of it and emailed them as well
