Overall, not as durable as you would think for a product that is designed to be used over and over again, especially for bigger dogs. It lasted one day and my dog was able to rip part off.

I've tried so many tooth brush toys/treats for my pup and nothing has worked until we bought this. I'm thrilled! She has one bottom tooth that has had plaque build up for years. She lost the teeth above it and so she didn't really chew with it enough for other brushes to be able to clean it. This brush is designed so well that the tooth is finally getting clean!

This only seems to work for dogs who don’t mind working for their reward. My American Akita will literally only play with it every now and then and still have the dental treat lodged inside for weeks.
