Great product for the price be warned I don’t think anyone works in there customer Help department had an issue with another camera and called for 5 days 2 emails and never heard back from them besides that itsbgreat

Don't waste your money

I bought one last year nov, 2022, it worked well for a few weeks then started not sending pictures or taking them, changed sd card, no go, went to a external battery same issue. A few days later it started working again. I say ok, could have been a glitch. Bought a second one yesterday, oct 2, 2023. It takes pictures. Minutes after there's nothing in front of it. Always. Unless I stand in front of it for 3 minutes. If I slowly stroll through, pause periodically & stand still in front of it and count to 100 then walk every so slowly through the area, it MIGHT get my back side on my way out of frame. All settings checked & rechecked. Delay set way down to 2 seconds, same result, reset it, same result, swapped sd card, same result. Not to mention the strap buckle broke the first time I tried to hang it so I bought a screw in hanger. Do yourself a favor & spend the extra $40.00 and get a good quality camera.

I’m not that experienced with cameras but this one seems to be a good one for the money. Using it for security around house. Have three at this point. Nice clear pictures during day. Night not as good but you can still make out what things are.
