- A: The goat blanket was designed to provide ventilation and block 98% of UVA/UVB rays. They will also provide protection from the elements. It may help some with the flies and mosquitoes but would not completely protect from them.6 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have a goat that is anemic and needs something warm and waterproof to help him during this cold weather we are having. This looks like more of a show goat thing. Is this waterproof and how well does it keep them warm? Other suggestions welcome.

- A: We do not recommend this ProCool blanket for your goat. ProCool blankets are not waterproof, and also are made to keep a goat/sheep cool but clean in summer months when showing at livestock shows. If you add item # 123987899, a fleece goat underblanket, with another goat blanket you would be able to add warmth.7 years agoHelpful?
