Q: How do I select a size? My goat weighs approximately 45-55lbs

    A: To find the correct size for your goat, please measure from just in front of their shoulder blades at the base of the neck, along the spine, to the base of their tail and then reference the size chart on the goat coat listing (Back length, measurement A). Please note the measurements are in inches. If you goat falls between sizes you may want to round up to the next size for a goat that is stockier and down a size for a leaner/thinner goat.

Q: I made a orderover a week ago for in stoer deliverythay said the shipers are having problems .said i have to wait anther 5 days its goat coats. The store woul not give me a reason for this very fustarating can u. Help?

Q: Will this keep my goats warm in  negative temps?

  • A: Hi! Thank you for asking. This item is 100g insulation weight this is a 40-50 degree temperature rating, I would say it's not going to get them "warm" during those negative temperatures.

  • A: Medium: Back Length: 53cm/ 20.75" Depth: 34cm/ 13" Measure back length (back of the neck/collar to base of tail) and record measurement. Measure depth (middle of back to middle of stomach) and record measurement. Good goat coat

It was hard to choose what size to get. We went with medium for our young Pygmy goats, they will grow into them. Good quality, goats haven’t been able to chew through them, and very warm.

I have a Nigerian Dwarf wether and ever since he got this on, he doesn't care about the weather. He was reluctant to put it on at first, but I love the foot straps in the back and the straps around the belly and neck area. It stays on and he's not able to take it off.
