Q: can this camera be turned off through the app

- A: Hello GGPJR, via the mobile app, you will be able to turn off the Cellular setting. With this option, the camera will continue to take the photos but will not transmit them to the app. To turn OFF the camera, you will have to do it manually. -KM3 years agoHelpful?

Q: Hi! Looking for a camera at the entrance to our condo association.We need one that records images on an SD card so that if a crime happens, we can review the card. The camera needs to overwrite the SD card periodically.

- A: Hi there! Both of our cameras ( V-150 and V-200) would fit your needs, however the cameras will not overwrite/format the SD card by themselves. It will only overwrite the old pictures if the SD card is full. Hope this helps. Thank you-EM4 years agoHelpful?

- A: Hi Jo Moon, The V150 camera does not provide a live feed/live stream of pictures or videos. The closest feature we can offer for ‘real-time’ images, is to have the Transfer Frequency set to Each Detection. The camera must have a good signal and a consistent internet connection on the phone for good results in these settings. -PL4 years agoHelpful?
Q: I am wanting to remote monitor a livestock water tank. Can the motion feature be turned off? Can I just either periodically go on and see a current picture? OR Can it be programmed to send a picture every so often? How much a month for data?

- A: Hi Phalen, the unit does have a schedule option that allows it to work during only certain times, but it will always trigger via movement. I purchased during Boxing Day sale and I love it, great quality and I’m just happy it doesn’t freeze up in -20/-30 temps unlike my Arlo camera. I plan to buy a V300 in the near future
