3 years ago- A: Thanks for your question. Mange is a parasitic skin disease caused by microscopic mites. Our medicated FoamCare shampoo and our Vetericyn Plus wound and skin care products can certainly help reduce inflammation and irritation caused from the skin disease but it will not kill the mites. Depending on the severity, mange may need to be treated with a combination therapy of topical treatments and antibiotics.3 years agoHelpful?
