The Frame of the retractable Awning is made of aluminum, which is sturdy and corrosion resistant. The covering of the patio awning is made of polyester fabric with PU coating. It features water and mildew resistant while being easy to scrub and dry. It also has UV protection. The manual retractable awning has solid construction and can be installed to concrete walls or solid brick walls. It's 8 ft. long when fully open. You can use in the back yard or poolside without baking in the sun.

  • The awning for patio is retractable and controlled via a hand crank, It's 9.8 ft. W x 8.2 ft. L when fully open, maximum coverage is 80.36 sq. ft., which provides a sufficiently spacious shaded area
  • The manual retractable awning are heavy duty and will hold the awning tight, for its solid structure, it can resist strong wind to some extent, wind resistance is 30 MPH
  • Can be installed to concrete walls or solid brick walls once installed, the angle of the shade can be adjusted (45-85) hand crank is 59 in. long and the recommended minimum installation height of the outdoor awning is 8.2 ft
  • Made of 280g/sq.m polyester fabric with PU coating, features water and mildew resistant while being easy to scrub and dry, also has UV protection
  • The retractable awning is made of aluminum, which is sturdy and durable, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life

How did we live without it?

This is an incredible awning...sturdy, rather easy to assemble and mount (with some help) and has added a great dimension to our outside living. We weight train on a back deck and all we have to do to ready the "gym" is open the awning, set up the equipment and turn on the music. It does fade in sunlight but I'm sure most would. It is easy to open/close and looks terrific. A neighbor just ordered one for their home after seeing ours and hearing us rave about it.

Loving it so far, easy to assemble although it took most of a day for me, the mounting is secure, and the retractable nature is awesome to use at any size I want.

Manual adjustable 12x10 awning

Awning seems well made with quality parts. It doesn’t have fasteners to attach mounting brackets to wood, so you have to buy stainless lag screws. The assembly/installation manual on page 13 gives incomplete directions to change the projection angle. You have to do the adjustment on both ends , not just the left side.
