I bought several items from your site and I was going to buy more but they said they were at a location twenty miles out of my way but only across town from the store I pick up from and use and that I would have to go pick up those items at said store asked the associate at the store I use and they said they have dealt with this previously with other customers . Well I balked at the twenty mile trip and bought items at another retailer . You lost out on a sale and maybe future sales from me. Another company did that to me. You may remember them they were called Sears and we know how that worked out for them. Corporate take notice . I will be waiting a response
