Veikous 12 ft. x 10 ft. retractable awning

The awning itself is a great buy. The actual fabric came with a hole in it. I contacted Tractor Supply about getting a replacement fabric but they have no updates from the vendor and it has been over two weeks. If the item would have came with no defects it would have been 5 stars.
