Self watering is very misleading

Self watering is very misleading as there is no watering tube like on other self watering systems you offer. Once the refill tube shows low water you have to water from the top. This is very different from being able to refill the cells at the bottom through the watering tube. It does not seem very efficient in comparison.

Great Looking Planter With Nice Features, But Rese

Really like the look and portability of this 30-gallon self-watering planter. The self-watering feature is convenient, and the large reservoir capacity is a big plus. The float indicator is also a nice idea in theory. However, the reservoir and indicator system need to be “Cali rated” if you actually want to fill it to full capacity. When filling the reservoir, water starts overflowing before the float indicator shows full, so the indicator ends up being inaccurate. I followed the manual instructions carefully and everything appeared assembled correctly, so this seems more like a design limitation than user error. Also, the yellow cap on the water indicator feels flimsy and falls off easily. Small issue, but it takes away from the otherwise premium feel. Overall still a solid planter with a great design, but the reservoir overflow behavior and indicator quality could use refinement.
