Strawberry, botanically known as Fragaria, is a low-growing herbaceous, hybrid perennial of cultivated origin. It is grown in home vegetable gardens around the world for its magnificent tasting fruit. Plants will spread over time by over-ground runners that root forming new plants increasing its yield and harvest annually. Plants are five-petaled, producing flowers first which give way to fruit. With the high cost of fruits and vegetables in the grocery store, why not simply grow your own in your own back yard. You'll have much fresher cleaner food to eat, improving your health while saving money on groceries. Fort. Laramie is an everbearing strawberry variety which, as the name suggests, produces a first crop in spring and then subsequent crops at several week intervals throughout the summer well into fall. Everbearers are not sensitive to the length of day. This makes them desirable for gardeners who seek a supply of berries over a longer season instead of all at once. Fort Laramie strawberry plants are well known for its hardiness which is a key characteristic making them the ideal choice for northern colder zone gardeners. They are easy to grow as they are vigorous, producing a high number of runners and flowers, contributing to an excellent yield. Excellent fruit characteristics. Ships to 48 contiguous US states, plus the District of Columbia EXCEPT IDAHO

Strawberry plant bulbs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These strawberry plants came in with absolutely no instructions on how to plant them. I am new to gardening and just beginning this homestead journey so some sort of instructions would have been nice. Now to get them in the ground and hope for the best!

No faith in these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have a lot of faith in these strawberries. They've been planted for a month with no growth. I have a feeling I received them dead but I've never had bare root strawberries before to know for sure. They have been watered regularly so it's not for lack of that either. These also did not come with instructions on how to care for prior to planting. That was something I needed to look up on YouTube. I don't know, not too much else I can say with no growth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the strawberry Fort Laramie Everbearing plants. They were very well packaged and the planting instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’m so excited because I started to see growth.
