Honeycrisp apple trees, are a popular choice throughout the USA. It grows large red apples with cream colored flesh. While it's grown for fruit production it also makes for an excellent garden ornamental as it produces pinkish white blossoms in April and attracts birds, hummingbirds and butterflies.
For optimal performance; rooting, growing, fruiting and to keep its height in check it is grafted/budded onto Malus domestica root stock which makes it a premium tree.
