The US Stove Space Saver Pellet Stove with 50 lb. Hopper and Compact Cabinet is a fully automated wood pellet stove designed to provide warm comfort from a modern compact design. Q: Why when the augers partially close and filled up it won't fire up, but with a half a hopper and auger partially close works fine? Seems like the pellets are to "heavy" when augers partially closed. Any solutions????

Q: New space saver stove, I notice the hopper is allowing auger to tunnel out the pellets and if I don’t open the lid and keep pushing around pellets every hr or 2 it will think it’s out of pellets and run an E3 code. Is there a vibrator kit or attachment?

- A: There is not a vibrating kit unfortunately. This occurs when the pellets will bridge or stack on top of themselves and line the wall of the Hopper and this is general physics and not really much that can be done to change this as it only allows about 5-7 lbs to stack ( the only option is to refill the hopper back to the normal level and move on). Great stove for the $$

Install was pretty standard. I adjusted the pellet feed and played with air intake. It's burning clean and efficient. And keeping the house nice and warm. Overall I would say it's a good value for the money

Bought 3 weeks ago has not worked right since day one tech support reads same trouble shooting from the manual it doesn't keep a comfortable temperature it's too hot or doesn't work at all. Have temp set at 72 and goes to 80+ degrees. Manual mode have it on lowest setting and still 80+ degrees biggest waste of money do not buy it

Temporary work heat.

Nice strong compact unit. Works great. Only down falls are it's probably only a 38 lb hopper a full 40 lb bag does not fit. Needs to be cleaned daily, no ash tray. If flue is not open glass blacks out(does just wipe off). Make sure to follow dbl heat resistant 1/2" flooring on highest running unit does get pretty hot even at the bottom. I'm using for temp heat in a 60'x32' house we're building and on 30 degree days it's kept it at 65 with no insulation yet. Will be using in our garage after house is done. I'm sure I will love it out there. All in all a great unit for the money will get years of use.
