Get the Tractor Supply Warranty

It's an awesome pellet gun. Mine shot tight groups and was a lot of fun until the magazine turner broke. It has a 3 year factory warranty but I'll have to wait for a shipping lable and the shipping time both ways. If I'd have bought the TS warranty, they would have exchanged it at the store.

Great Piston Air Rifle for the Money

After doing a bunch of research and reading multiple mixed reviews, as well as watching some YouTube video reviews on the Synergis Elite, I decided to give the rifle a try and made the purchase.  Several reviewers on multiple sites complained about its accuracy, but I’m here to say, this thing is a tack driver.  A few comments I had read noted how dirty the barrel was and how it may have affected the initial accuracy. So before putting even a single pellet through it, I ran some cleaning patches down the bore and was amazed at just how much crap came out of it. It was as dirty, if not dirtier, than a regular firearm after putting hundreds of rounds through it.  The included 10 pellet magazines are robust, well designed and easy to load. A few reviews mentioned issues with the magazine indexing the next round when cocking the rifle and out of approximately 50 rounds, I had 3 instances where this did happen. Keeping the muzzle down seems to alleviate this issue for the most part, but not completely. There is an audible click when the magazine indexes, if you don’t hear it, you’re better off rotating the magazine by hand just to make sure you have a pellet in the breach.  The rifle is sturdy and very well built. Some reviewers complained about the cocking force of the piston, to which all I can say is those who had trouble with it, must be seriously lacking in some upper body strength because while it is stiff, it is definitely not difficult.  My only complaint, and the reason I gave the rifle 4 out of 5 stars, is the scope that comes with it is complete garbage. It took me 25 pellets to even get on the paper and another 10 to get it dialed in. The per click adjustment in windage and elevation couldn’t possibly be any worse. To adjust left about 1/2” at 25 yards should only be about 2 clicks, and I stopped counting at 40. In fact, I have the windage dialed down so far, it won’t adjust any further. The glass quality is blurred and not clear even when dialed up to 9x magnification. Lastly, increasing magnification on the scope shouldn’t change point of impact, but adjusting to the highest setting, my rounds were hitting a minimum of 5 inches below my point of aim.  Overall, this is a great air rifle that I am looking forward to getting years of use out of. The only recommendation I have and will be doing myself, is getting a much better quality scope.

Yes, I recommend this product.
