Q: Can this be used to completely cover the floor of the enclosure? Or would a different sand be needed for completely covering the floor and just add the diatomaceous earth to the top? If a different sand is best for the floor, what would you recommend?

- A: Hi, This is intended to be used as a perimeter pest control and a different sand would be needed to cover the floor. This product can be used for premises by sprinkling as needed on the ground or in bedding areas. Additionally, it can be used by sprinkling 2lbs in the dust bath areas.3 years ago
Q: Hello! I no longer want to use wood shavings in my chicken coop and want to layer the floor with sand. Is it ok to use this product for the coop or is it only for a dust bath? Or is there another sand product I can use to cover my chicken coop floor?
