Q: I have a Malshi (Maltese/Shitsu.) Will the detangler work when he's so matted? I only comb him out dry as I'm afraid to get the mats wet and make them worse.

- A: Hi, thanks for the great question. It is recommended to apply the detangler after washing. Under the "Instructions" tab are the directions for use: Wet Use: For best results apply after washing with UltraCruz Canine Shampoo and UltraCruz Canine Conditioner. Spray product onto hair and work in with fingers or comb. Dry Use: Spray enough onto hair to create slip. Work into hair with fingers or comb throughout the entire hair length until it is tangle free. Leave product in hair - do not rinse out.9 years ago

I have a Sheltie that is basically a dust mop on legs. His hair is out of control, but with the help of your detangler I've been able to tame his crazy locks and make him look presentable in public! He smells great too!
