U1P-Gear SAE 80W-140 Synthetic Gear Oil, API GL-5 is designed for use in all seasons and exceed the year-around, all-weather performance viscosity requirements of SAE J306 as well as the rigorous performance requirements of API GL-5 and MT-1. API Category GL-5 designates the type of service characteristic of gears, particularly hypoids in automotive axles under high-speed and/or low-speed, high-torque conditions.
