Works as intended. Simple to install. Doesn't hold much. Two hand guns and magazines, but that's all I needed it for.

Typical web shopping experience. Was notified the item was delivered to the store for my pickup. Got there, item was brought out to me. Opened. No box. No paperwork. No combo...well, we eventually did find in scrawled on some paperwork that was taped to the unit. Batteries were already installed in the lock. Keys were locked inside the unit, along with mounting hardware. OK....so was this a customer return that was resold? Cleark didn't know. I didn't either. So, product is installed in my home and works fine. In this regard, the product is fine. The store pickup for being 'strange' knocked a star off the score. Was is a resold item? IMO, yeah, likely. Did it make a difference in the end use? No, but not clear on TS's part. You buy an item, it comes in a box - with paperwork. Again, strange.

Great product at a good price. I mostly wanted it to use as a safe place to put customers keys but I've stuck other items in there and its not a disappointment. It is thin like wall safes are so I'd read dimensions before purchasing but its exactly what I needed. I'd recommend it to others
