The Tracker Safe Wall Safe with Electronic Lock is designed to be installed in a wall and is ideal for home or business use. It is good for securing hand guns, keys, cash, jewelry, and small important documents. Two removable shelves keep you organized. This highly secure wall safe has a non-fire insulated front opening. Backed by a 1 year limited parts warranty.

Q: The HxWxD works out to 0.07 cu ft. Which is it? 0.035 as shown or 0.07 as calculated. Also, the text says the door swing is on the left while the images show it on the right. ??

- A: Looks like there is a discrepancy on the product page. Internal dimensions are H: 20.5" x W: 12.5" x D: 2.375" which is .3522 cu. ft. We will work with TSC to get the dimensions updated. - A: Edwin, thanks for your question. Those #'s don't match up with any of our records for our Wall Safe WS21 model. You may have another brand of wall safe, FYI, ours always has our Tracker Safe logo on the key cover plate and the serial # on the bottom right hand corner. Interesting purchase process...

Typical web shopping experience. Was notified the item was delivered to the store for my pickup. Got there, item was brought out to me. Opened. No box. No paperwork. No combo...well, we eventually did find in scrawled on some paperwork that was taped to the unit. Batteries were already installed in the lock. Keys were locked inside the unit, along with mounting hardware. OK....so was this a customer return that was resold? Cleark didn't know. I didn't either. So, product is installed in my home and works fine. In this regard, the product is fine. The store pickup for being 'strange' knocked a star off the score. Was is a resold item? IMO, yeah, likely. Did it make a difference in the end use? No, but not clear on TS's part. You buy an item, it comes in a box - with paperwork. Again, strange.

Hi jk63, thanks for being a customer. We really appreciate you taking time to explain what happened here. From what you described, it does seem like a Tractor Supply representative opened and handled the safe prior to your arrival to pick it up. When the WS21 model leaves our warehouse, the safe itself is packed in a factory sealed box, then that factory sealed box is placed in a large 24x18x10 box with a bunch of packing peanuts. I am sorry the safe was set up when you got it but I would like to assure you that is not how it left our warehouse. Thank you for sharing. Great product at a good price. I mostly wanted it to use as a safe place to put customers keys but I've stuck other items in there and its not a disappointment. It is thin like wall safes are so I'd read dimensions before purchasing but its exactly what I needed. I'd recommend it to others
