Don't know about the bike rack, it hasn't arrived yet. Supposedly shipped May 20, it is now June 13.

The instructions are so vague and there is nothing on YouTube. I've had to assemble and Re assemble the thing twice now. Just gave up and wrote and angry review about it after 6 hours of trying to assemble it

Very poor quality from instructions to usage!

First of all the instructions are terrible. I’ve had instructions in Chinese that were easier to follow. Photocopied small pictures in black and white and written instructions about as clear as mud. Secondly, the product fitment was ok... just ok. But what made me have to drop it to a 2 star review was how poorly it actually held the bicycles. I suppose that’s why the other option is 3x more expensive. You get what you pay for I suppose.
