Leaks

I have had the floor jack for 10 months. 3 months ago it started leaking. It gets used one or two times a month. I have carquest brand floor jacks at work that are 18 years old that get used everyday and have never leaked a drop. Something is wrong. Something is also wrong with the warranty. Somewhere on their website I read that they will not replace the floor jack if there is a problem, only the parts. Who is going to diagnose and do the work? A floor jack repairman?
