Smooth rolling and large enough to go over bumpy thresholds with ease. I really like that the brake not only stops the wheel from rolling, but also stops the caster from rotating. Easy toe operation.

Great wheels. Replaced wheels for chair racks. New wheels make moving racked chairs easier and smoother.

Great smooth rolling wheel. Used the wheels for mobile workbenches in my garage. Very heavy duty, no bounce if pounding on the workbench and easy to roll around. What else is there for the caster to do. The brake is nice to keep the bench in place. All good, will purchase again when I need casters.

I bought 4 of the non-locking 5-inch casters in the store, but also needed 2 of them that could lock. I was directed to the website and ordered from there. First of all, the website said the local had them in stock, and if you've ever been in a store you know their inventory is always a mess. The ones in "stock" were 4-inch caster, not 5....so I had to return those and have TS change the online stock status so I could have them shipped as it would let if they were in stock already. So, finally ordered these and they are about 1/4" taller than the locking ones, so trying to use them for a single project is not possible without taking the others off and adding a 1/4" spacer. Good product, good service from nice people in the store, but overall a disappointment with no way to remedy it.
