Only if you know this is exectly what you need should you get this kit. As some one restoring a tractor, I wish I would have purchased the complete kit instead of the basic. Nice kit for the price, but if restoring for the first time, spend the extra money for the complete kit.

Low Quality Seals

9 years ago

The large seal that goes in between the upper and lower does not seal properly. It leaks fuel internally and externally when the screws are torqued properly. I installed it on a 2 year old carburetor i bought from Tractor Supply. Stopped leaking when i put the old seal back in but still has a vacuum leak. Store wont take it back because it is used.

Needle and seat is not the correct type. Needle does not have clip to hold it to the float and is longer. Seat is too long as well and does not fit properly.
