Q: Is this smooth on the edges and also flat. I am wanting to use it as a pizza steel (to bake pizza crust in the oven at home). Do you have actual pictures of item other than those shown that would help? Thank you very much. Matt

A: Thank you for your question. This steel plate is intended for general workshop, fabrication, and DIY applications. While it is designed to be flat, the edges and surface may have typical characteristics of raw steel and are not specially finished for cooking or food-contact use. For that reason, we would not recommend this item for use as a pizza steel or cooking surface. At this time, the photos shown on the product page are the only images we have available.
