- A: Sean, If you do not have an acceptable bottle/cylinder to exchange, Tractor Supply will allow you to purchase the cylinder along with the contents. The Welding Gas To Go Program is a customer owned cylinder program. If you purchase a cylinder, it can be exchanged when empty for a full cylinder with contents; only being charged for the gas contents at that transaction.5 months agoHelpful?

- A: #4 Acetyene, #5 Oxygen, and #6 Argon/ArgonCO2 have to be thoroughbred cylinders for exchange. Smaller sizes are acceptable as non-thoroughbred exchange cylinders. -Thank youa year agoHelpful?
