Bugs in the packaging ...

I bought two of these this morning. There are small black bugs crawling inside the packaging. I didn't see any with the first one (doesn't mean there weren't any). But the second one had at least three, maybe more crawling inside the plastic wrap. Did NOT give it to my VERY disappointed dog.

My dog is soo sick , she is throwing up shards of bone !! She has been sick for days throwing up these bone fragments . She is chocking when she drinks water now after eating !!
