Side Effects

Do not administer this medication to animals who have:

• High blood pressure
• Allergy to this drug
• Hypersensitivity to this drug
• Hyperthyroidism
• Heart rhythm abnormalities
• Seizure disorders
• Diabetes

Never ignore other medication's interaction with terbutaline. Animals on L-thyroxine (thyroid supplement) should take this medication with caution. There have been reports of interactions with this drug and anesthetics and antidepressants.
