I am extremely disappointed, I’ve purchased retriever Kennels for many years now. They have always been very well made, durable and long lasting. However the new version is very cheaply made and will not last. The wires and very thin and already bending with no support beam across each panel like the previous version. The hardware that hold the panels together are like an aluminum material. I will be returning this kennel very disappointing.

I have purchased over 50 of the Retriever "Lodge" kennels and 7 of this model of kennel. This one (although the same price as the "Lodge" kennel) is of cheap quality and subpar construction compared to the Lodge kennel I've purchased so many times from TSC in the past. The welding is horrible, and the wire is welded to the outside of the panel not in the middle so it has sharp wire edges poking around the entire perimeter. The door latch is cheap, galvanized metal and not the anodized one that the Lodge has. There are no support bars across the panels, which makes it super flimsy. The brackets are cheap galvanized metal of a poor quality compared to the Lodge model. In conclusion, it's the same price but much cheaper quality and materials than the Lodge model. I'm very disappointed in my purchase.
