No joy from the Sunjoy

They should rethink their name of Sunjoy- this has brought us no joy. Half the bolt holes didn’t line up and what’s not mentioned is that every metal piece has thin plastic you have to peel off. That took 8 hours with 2 people. The product has dents, scratches, and what’s the point of the plastic on the metal when every piece is scratched. It is actually pointless. Make sure you use your own tools because the tools they supply are actually laughable. Let’s not mention the anchors they provide to use.

We bought this hoping it was sturdy enough to handle the snow and ice we get here. My husband was so impressed with the way it goes together and the sturdy building products used! We are very happy with the beauty and the functionality and the quality is amazing!
