This is my second purchase from TSC and the second time the item was damaged or pieces were missing. The first(kayak) was returned but couldn't trust delivery again so we purchased at store. The Pergola came with one piece bent beyond use, the second was on one of the main poles. The screw/bolt package was torn up and pieces were everywhere in the box, it was obviously a return from someone else. Won't be ordering through TSC again if this is what can be expected on EVERY delivery.

Poor instruction manual

The pergola pieces had scratches on them, but that’s what happens when each piece is wrapped in super thin plastic and is shipped across multiple states. Also, the instructions are very poor, pictures only nothing written. Due to the poor pictures I put the pergola together with pieces facing the wrong way. I now have to take it apart and rebuild it. Pretty frustrating

Incorrect description

Although the sku# is exactly the same, 2 different versions of the description for the product exist. The supplier did not ship till I made inquiry as to why I had not received the product- over 3 weeks from order date! Negative experience overall.
