I purchased this doghouse to attach to the end of a kennel run. The plastic is thin, but we drilled at the edges and reinforced with heavy ties and mounted it up and anchored on solid wood to support the bottom and bring it up higher. For the price we did not mind making adjustments. Our Sheperd enjoys using it. Works great Indoors or out in a kennel, if you put it outside a kennel you will need to make adjustments or they could break it apart at the joints.

Do not buy this dog house

This dog house is thin and falls apart any time you move it. We have two active dogs and the dog houses are broken apart and laying on the ground. If it's for a tiny non active dog you might be ok, but then a dog like would probably be in the house.

Tortoise house

Use it in garage for our 80 pound tortoise. We keep buying the same house for her. Gotta cut the door bigger but it works. Not sure how it would do for a destructive minded dog.

Easy to assemble but poor quality

It was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble. However, the quality is poor and the plastic is thin and brittle. I had to reinforce the inside to maintain the stability.

Not as it seems!

Don’t buy this unless your dog will rarely use it under cover on the porch. This dog house is a joke. Evidently whoever designed it has never had a dog. The roof is fastened together in a way that leaves a crack in the center of the roof. It is real flimsy. I was not impressed.
