Arrived badly damaged. Safety issue

The support bar must have been too thin to sustain such shipping damage and would have collapsed with first use
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great ladder
I really like this ladder. It's my first tripod ladder and I wasn't sure how I'd like it, but it's much more stable than traditional step ladders. It does have its tipping point though...I tested that out. 😁
That said, the shipping was pretty bad. I paid 150 for shipping. It was supposed to arrive a few days after I ordered it it..Mon a Tuesday. Then Tuesday got pushed to Thursday, Thursday pushed to Friday morning, and Friday morning pushed to Friday afternoon. For that money, I expect better. The individuals I interacted with throughout the shipping process were great, but the logistics were a mess. If you're not in a hurry to get it then it's not such a big deal.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Tripod Ladder
Ordered a Tripod Ladder online. The ladder was delivered to the store. I received the email saying the order was ready for pickup at the store. When I went to pick up my ladder I was informed that the ladder came in damaged, i got damaged by the freight company. My options were to take it as is or cancel my order and purchase it at a 25% discount. I waited a long time for the ladder to come in and was very disappointed it was damaged. I did not feel a 25% discount was enough or fair to me for my inconvenience.
