Great little unit, if you want to run on 12volts beware that cigarette lighter step up transformers might not work with the 50 foot cable. You may be better using a 12v to 120v unit and using the power supply included

Delayed Shipping - Ridiculous Return

Delayed Shipping. Ridiculous Return - Purchased this item online with some assurances of a delivery window becaise of my inability to be in the area beyond a certain date. When it became clear that the item was delayed, inspike with customer service twice to cancel the order. It was canceled but they said we would have tonwait formthe product tonarrive in the store for the refund (a few days). Well the item arrived and shows a refund being processed. At the same time I am gettingndaily mesaages to pick up the item and weeks later still NO refund. Its become riduculous. Called again and they give me same story. Not a good experience at all
No, I do not recommend this product.
