Trash product and even worse support
I bought this battery despite reading some poor reviews on it. For the first few months, it worked great. Once the battery got to 70-75% of its charge, my cameras started to not transmit consistently. I called and/or chatted with Spypoint support three times. The standard answer from their "support" team is to recycle the power and reformat the SD card. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.
On Nov 25th, I put a fully charged LIT-22 battery in one of my cameras. It worked for 36 hours before it stopped transmitting. On the 3rd of December, I went back out to the camera to troubleshoot only to discover that the battery had gone from 99% down to 0%.
After spending another useless hour on the support chat while trying to activate a warranty claim, I am left totally frustrated with this company. I don't have nearly as much of an issue with a faulty battery as I do with getting the same run around with the company. I shouldn't have to provide previous case numbers and I shouldn't have to answer the same question over and over in the chat window.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good batteries. Need to update camera firmware!!!!
A lot of revies talking about cameras reporting 0% charge. I had this issue but after some troubleshooting, I realized that the cameras that were having this problem were running old firmware. I manually updated the firmware on all my cameras and the problem was solved. It has been several months now and the cameras are reporting the correct battery levels.
Side not, I thought all the flex cameras were supposed to auto update firmware but evidently the don't always update. Check your camera firmware.
Batteries work great. Last way longer than AA batteries.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Rechargeable Battery Not So Good
I bought the rechargeable battery for my camera. Unfortunately, it appears I will only get a little over a year out of this battery and it is now unusable. When I say a year, I mean the 3 months of use that I have the camera out during deer hunting season. The battery now takes 12 hours or more to show fully charged and when I install it in a camera it lasts for only hours. I can't read the other reviews here for some reason but I suspect the amount of 1 star reviews others are having the same problem. Inquired about a warranty and it is only a 90 day warranty. Disappointed in the quality of this product.
No, I do not recommend this product.
