Q: Looking for something to run my freezer when the power goes out
4 years ago- A: Good morning , When looking for the right size generator for you, we have a math equation that can help. On the freezer there will be a sticker with AMP/VOLTZ information. These are the numbers you will need. AMP X VOLTZ= RUNNING WATTS WATTS X 2.5 = SURGE WATTS Make sure that surge watt does not exceed the amount on the generator or it will overload and shut off. If you need anything else do not hesitate, give us a call 636-532-9888. Thank youAnonymous2 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have a pellet smoker, would this provide enough power to run one, its a Yoder YS640 pellet smoker?
4 years ago- A: What you can do is a math equation to find out the surge and running amount of the smoker. You'll need the AMP X VOLTZ = RUNNING WATTS , RUNNING WATT X 2.5 = SURGE AMOUNT. You don't want to go to close to the surge amount of 1000 or you could overload the generator .Anonymous4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can you run light, tv, cable box, wifi, if plugged into a surge protector and then plugged into the generator long as the total amount of watts is 541watts and under 800 running watts?
4 years ago- A: You'll need the AMP X VOLTZ = RUNNING WATTS , RUNNING WATT X 2.5 = SURGE AMOUNT (off of each appliance.) To make sure you don't exceed the surge amount. If all together its 541 running watts , it will overload the generator. You take the 541 x 2.5 = 1,352.5 surge watts. That defiantly will over load it. You may want to look into a larger generator.Anonymous4 years agoHelpful?
Q: How much does it weigh ??
Anonymous4 years ago- A: Product Weight 23 lb.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have a water trough stock tank with a 250 watt/ 12 volt plug. Will this work with this product? I do believe that the peak watts when first plugged in is 800 watts.
4 years ago- A: if that math is correct yes it will work.Anonymous4 years agoHelpful?
