App not working properly

I bought this a week ago, the app connect, sometimes but States power is off to the RV. But it is not. Also it does not stay connected. Running app on Android 15.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not working with compatible remote monitor or app

I literally just purchased this out of the box and I'm not able to get it working with the remote power Monitor Bluetooth Display OR the app on my Iphone 14max!!!!!! Why would the dealer sell these not working and why would Southwire not pull them from the shelves if they don't work????

It does everything we need it to do!

AFter our last one stopped working, we were on the hunt for something that we could trust to protect all of our work equipment. This one checked all the boxes and it's worked great from day 1.

Works but app doesn’t.

Have had this for a couple years now. Was jealous of my buddy who has a competing brand with full app monitoring. Then I found the southwire app. Pretty excited to download and use it. Got it all up and running. And never reported a single amp. Says it’s not connected to the RV and only shows line one. Complete failure.

No, I do not recommend this product.
