Great tool when used properly. I use mine on a pellet stove and it works great for daily cleanings. Keep in mind that it’s not meant to have the suction of a small shop vac it’s meant to vacuum ash and keep it contained.

We have been using this for a bit over one month. We just cleaned it out thinking it must be full and it was not even close. No dust in the air, good suction. I agree with other reviewers and would buy an attachment if available, but we use a little paint brush with it to get the baffles clean and that works just fine. It is light and easy to maneuver. Highly recommend.

I purchased the ash vac a year ago to clean my pellet stove and I love it. It's now bulky like a shop vac and it does a great job. Wish I'd of purchased it a long time ago. The only thing I wish it had is a narrow tip to fit on the metal end to get into corners and a brush attachment.
