Amazing knife that is sharp and handy. Great price for a luxury pocket knife

I've had this knife well over a year now. It looks great. For the most part the gold finish still looks great except where it has worn off on the pivot. It doesn't quite hold an edge as well as another S&W nor Browning folders that I have, but given the price...no complaints. It also says on the web page that this has an index flipper opening mechanism; it can clearly be seen this is incorrect; it uses a thumb stud as the opener.

Bought this a few months ago. It was only use for general every day purpose cutting, and it broke apart. Was only use on lightly cutting task. Such as braking down boxes,cutting duck tape,rope, Paracord, and things like that. Didn't expect this to happen given the tasks it was utilized for. Was very disappointed as I do like this knife I have several Smith and Wesson and I never had this happened. Lest hope this doesn't happen with my next purchase

(Hard to open, Hard to close. Won’t lock open. Pocket Clip fell off) from reviews 3 years ago. Seems they have improved the knife a great deal. I have seen none of these Cons above. Knife is well constructed. Sharp and a real beauty. Thank you.
