never got my order

I never got my order. It said it was delivered but it was not. I filled out the form online to report it, and the only correspondence I have received has been asking me for a review. So I have no idea how this product is, I just have not gotten my order.

This is my second pair of sloggers. The only reason I bought a new pair is I needed a larger size so I could wear socks with them. I’ve had my first pair several years. They are still in good shape. I just found out from a friend that new cushion things on the inside could be purchased. I wear them a lot because I work outside a lot.
