- A: Hi there, If your bicycle tires have standard Schrader valve stems (like those found on a car), then you simply need to connect the air hose to your bicycle tire and you can fill with air. If you have Presta valve stems on your bicycle tire, you will need a Presta Valve Adapter to use this tire inflator (#23042) .2 years agoHelpful?

I tried to inflate my car tires and the latch snapped on the 2nd tire. The piece should be metal as this is a single point of failure on a part that is going to be touched every time it is used (and will be dropped from time to time). Older ones I have (different brands) don't have this defect.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I have 3 vehicles and various lawn equipment with pneumatic tires. Tired of pulling equipment up to my truck and 12V portable inflator, I wanted a 120V semi-attached stationary inflator more readily accessible. This small, lightweight inflator meets that need especially with the 20 foot hose. I’m not a fan of the clip-on connector but that’s what you get. As with most inflators the pressure gauge reads high while running. I use a better stand-alone gauge for final check. It noticeably labors at 30 psi but eventually gets there. Longevity??? Nonetheless it does its job and is much more handy for my needs.
