The SKIL PWR CORE 20 Brushless 20V 1/2-inch Mid-Torque Impact Wrench packs up to 480 foot-pounds of fastening torque, up to 800 foot-pounds of breakaway torque in Nut Busting Mode to remove rusted nuts and bolts, and up to 2,600 IPM for tough driving applications. This cordless impact wrench features a 1/2-inch square anvil with a friction ring for quick and easy socket changes, and its digital brushless motor combined with three-speed selection provides high-performance power and precise control. Use Reverse Control Mode to stop rotation and impact in seconds once a fastener is loosened. This electric impact wrench features a Halo Light that provides 5X more light than common LEDs and reduces shadows. The included 20V 2.0Ah USB-C battery features two-way rapid charging that allows you to charge the battery or portable devices with its 100W USB-C port. When it's time to recharge the battery, the multifunctional charger ditches the traditional power tool charging dock for a compact, convenient format that can plug in anywhere. The kit includes the 20V 1/2-inch impact wrench, a PWR CORE 20 2.0Ah USB-C battery, 45W USB-C charger, and (3) impact-rated sockets: 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm.

Excellent wrench with powerful light

Very nice impact wrench. I used it only on the very tough nuts holding lawn tractor blades and pulleys. Some of them was torqued 24 years ago. It did a great job of taking M 12 and M14 nuts off without destroying or rounding them up. Also worked well on lug nuts on my Nissan truck. I would say it is great tool and more powerful than air powered one.

Pwrcore 20 Skil impact driver review.

The performance of this impact wrench was impressive! I was considering the Milwaukee M18 2nd generation or DeWalt XR but the price and the halo light caught my eye, this halo light should be on all impact drivers. Skil engineers hit on idea long over due. It loosened the lug bolts (90 ft lb) on my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen like it was a screw cap on a bottle of ketchup. I saw a YouTube review with this impact wrench loosening a 1200ft lb bolt! Beating out Makita, Ryobi, DeWalt and Milwaukee drivers that cost way more! I am now slowly switching over to Skíl. I hope they keep the Halo light in the newer generation impact drivers, wrenches and hammer drills. Let's hope the mid torque drivers, hammer drills and wrenches outperform the Milwaukees and DeWalts.
