Sirolimus is a human generic drug that may be prescribed by your Veterinarian for the management of subclinical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in cats. *Sold per Tablet.

Sold per Tablet in strengths of 0.5 mg, 1 mg or 2 mg.
Special Precautions
Keep away from children and animals. Sirolimus is considered a hazardous drug, so it is essential to avoid accidental exposure. Wear gloves when handling the medication and do not handle it if you are pregnant or nursing. If your pet vomits after receiving this drug, wear gloves while cleaning up. *Recommend wearing gloves when handling.
Side effects: Sirolimus delayed-release may cause fatigue or lethargy in some animals.
Serious adverse reactions can occur. Discontinue sirolimus delayed-release immediately and contact your veterinarian if any of the following signs are observed:
Allergic reaction (e.g., difficulty or irregular breathing, rash, fever, facial swelling, or puffiness)
Changes in heart rate or rhythm
Collapse or weakness
Pale or bluish gums
Difficulty breathing or coughing
Overdose Information
Contact your nearest emergency animal hospital.
Storage
Store at room temperature 20C to 25C (68F to 77F), excursions permitted to 15C to 30C (59F to 86F).
