Bought this about 18 months ago. Today my wife was finished ironing and set it on its heel; however, instead of shutting down and it started overheating and smoke and a burning smell came out of it. She quickly unplugged it then went to put it down on the board, it scorched the pad. Where's the safety in this iron. Very poor product which should be recalled.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The knob design is flawed; they’re placed in a way that your hand easily bumps into them, which frequently changes the settings unintentionally.
This cause cloths to get damaged

Bought it about a year . It worked well until last week. It is turning on but won’t heat anymore. Wonder what the warranty policy is ?

J’ai acheté ce fer il y a 2 ans. Il n’a jamais bien fonctionné. Ne chauffe pas bien et l’eau coule tout le temps. Il ne fonctionne déjà plus. Je ne le conseille pas.
